As a result of going around Robben Island the wrong way we lost miles and hours and so we got severely hit by the Raging storm, if we had been further North we would not have been hit that badly. During my watch with Tom (0200 – 0500 GMT) and only during our watch it rained hell of a badly which was not pleasant. Tony and Simon took over from us and when the wind died down Tony put the line in and caught a Yellowtail and a Tuna. We had the yellowtail for supper which was absolutely superb. The boat took a beating last night. Pic = Me asleep.

About Me
- Charles McDonald
- CuraƧao
- It is the year 2007 and Charles McDonald has decided to take a Gap year. I am sailing from Cape Town to St. Helena, then to Ascension, then Fernando, then Fortaleza and ending up in Trinindad in the Caribbean. I will then go to the North section of the Caribbean and try and find work for about 6 months. And then to England in September.
