Curaçao
It is the year 2007 and Charles McDonald has decided to take a Gap year. I am sailing from Cape Town to St. Helena, then to Ascension, then Fernando, then Fortaleza and ending up in Trinindad in the Caribbean. I will then go to the North section of the Caribbean and try and find work for about 6 months. And then to England in September.

Day 21 17th January 2007 Wednesday

Party at our cottage tonight, Periwinkle. Braaied tuna, caught fresh today. The crew of Swimlion is coming to join us. Should be fun, I'll be playing music off my laptop, so must figure out what I'm going to play. Not much else really happened, I spent most of the day typing and updating my music folder, BORING, I know. Missing everyone back home.
